Chris Akioja Olakpe is a graduate of Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos.
He joined the Nigeria Police Force in 1982 and traversed various commands including Bayelsa and Plateau where he served as Commissioner of Police.
He was also the Deputy Commandant of the Police Academy, Kano and Commissioner of Police of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit, Lagos.
A Member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians (IABT) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (ICAP), Olakpe rose to become Assistant Inspector General of Police before his retirement in 2014.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of LASTMA.

Dayo Obatola obtained a degree in Economics from Bowen University in 2009. A certified Oracle Associate and professional. He started his working career at Marine Platforms as a Vessel Chartering trainee and rose to be a senior officer in the department.
In his role as Assistant Management Representative, Marine Platforms he led the company to the actualization of the quality management system certification NIS ISO 9001:2008 and DNV ISO 9001:2008 in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
He later joined Pacific Silver line in February 2014 as Vessel Chartering Manager where he was responsible for the smooth operations of all vessels in the fleet, liaising with all relevant government agencies to ensure the smooth and profitable execution of the various contracts
After a short stay at Pacific Silverline, Dayo Obatola joined Knightsbridge Energy Limited as Chief Marketing Officer where he led the company to the actualization of the quality management system certification DNV ISO 9001:2008 as well as building a sustainable process driven business.

Mr. Obatola has over eight years’ experience in the Marine, Oil, Gas, hospitality and Security Industry.
He joined the Nigeria Police Force in 1980 and served in Imo state at Arochukwu, Umuahia and Owerri ‘B’ corps.
He also served in Lagos State at Onikan Division, Adeniji Adele as a finance clerk, Ilupeju Division in O/C Surveillance Sector, the Operation Sweep Headquarters, Lagos. He served at Area G Ogba Area Crime, Area Traffic Ogba as Station Officer – Traffic.
John served at Shasha Police Station as Operations Officer where he retired in 2015.
